When I am out and about, playing sports or travelling, I always make sure to have some water with me. Usually, I buy a good sized bottle of water, as I share it with my wife and put some in our dog’s travel bowl. Up until now, I was under the impression that the Bottled Water was better for us. I may have been wrong….
According to a 2-year study by the Environmental Working Group, many samples had contaminants in them, with the average being 8 contaminants per sample. This seems rather high to me and some of the contaminants are rather distressing in nature, including Coliform Bacteria, Solvents and Fertilizers! Have a look at the following article posted in the New York Daily News:
What’s in your Bottled Water
If you work as much as I do, then you NEED to get your water tested. Take a small sample to your local municipalities lab and have it checked. If you need the information, give us a call and we can direct you to the closest lab. We can do water testing for you, but we cannot test for some of the materials present.
We can, however, protect you and your family with an excellent Reverse Osmosis system, guaranteed to filter out all of the contaminants that could harm you, your family, and your pets. Call us today to find out how we can help.
